Tshifhiwa founded Tshitangano Attorneys in 2018 following his admission as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa. He completed his articles with a respected Limpopo firm before establishing his own practice.

He has built a formidable record as a High Court litigator in Road Accident Fund claims, labour disputes, family law and commercial litigation. He heads the litigation department and its dispute resolution portfolio, leading a team of associates and candidate attorneys, and is the responsible attorney for all commercial engagements and public-sector mandates, including those for state entities and municipalities.

Tshifhiwa has argued matters before the Magistrate's Court, the High Court (Limpopo and Gauteng Divisions) and the Supreme Court of Appeal. He is also the firm's Information Officer under POPIA.

Petronella is one of the firm's most experienced attorneys, with 30 years of post-admission practice in deceased estates, family law and personal injury litigation.

She leads the Deceased Estates department and is the primary point of contact for executors, heirs and beneficiaries. Her work spans reporting estates to the Master, drafting and lodging Liquidation & Distribution accounts, will drafting, intestate succession and the resolution of estate disputes and creditor claims.

She also handles Road Accident Fund and personal injury matters, and supports the firm's family law work in divorce, maintenance and child custody. Clients benefit from her wealth of practical knowledge and procedural expertise.

Karen heads the firm's property department and serves as its resident Notary Public. As a registered conveyancer, she manages property transactions from first instruction to registration at the Deeds Office.

Her portfolio covers residential and commercial transfers, bond registrations and cancellations, notarial bonds and servitudes, sectional title registrations, body corporate matters and re-zoning applications. Her notarial practice includes antenuptial contracts, notarial bonds and deeds of servitude.

Close working relationships with South Africa's major lending institutions and developers, and meticulous attention to detail, mean transactions are concluded efficiently and with minimal risk of rejection.

Thabelo has developed a focused practice in labour and employment law, criminal law and general civil litigation. He regularly represents clients at the CCMA, Bargaining Councils and the Labour Court in unfair dismissal, unfair labour practice and retrenchment disputes.

In criminal matters he has handled bail applications, plea negotiations and trials in the Magistrate's and Regional Courts. He also supports the litigation department on commercial matters, summonses, default judgments and debt enforcement.
